It is Extremely Important that you follow the following steps when ordering:
Because the flowers are perishable, not cancelable or returnable, bear in mind that the shipping date or range you see on the order page is the date your payment clears (48 hours after the time of order not including weekends or holidays) and I can not ship before that date! I will be shipping after that date for delivery the day before they are needed if there is a note on the order with a date for you. If not, I will ship the closest business day after your payment clears.
You MUST write the date they are NEEDED (not necessarily the event date) on you note on the order itself. It must include the day of the week, the month and calendar date.
IE:  sample: Tuesday June 1, 2021.  This is so that you are reminded that there are NO deliveries over night on SUNDAYS, MONDAYS or HOLIDAYS.  Therefore because June 1 is a Tuesday  and the day before is a holiday, I would have to ship FRIDAY May 28th for delivery Saturday. They would have to be placed in the lower drawer of your refrigerator immediately that particular date of arrival as the ice packs only last a day and a half/.  It is tricky but they are so special and make the most beautiful garnishes and cake decorations.
I overnight ship but FED EX or UPS and I send tracking to you through Ebay the day of shipment.
If you are shipping to a bakery or hotel, I will need their name and address, phone number and they will be shipped signature required. The name will be shown on your tracking of the person wo signed or them.
Note: The date they are NEEDED is not necessarily the EVENT date because these flowers are often ordered to make ice cubes, baked on short bread cookies etc.  Once they are frozen or baked the flowers become NON-PERISHABLE. So get your calendar out when you order and let me know that date you need them and I will schedule them in

The Overnight Shipping with ice is included in the pricing. The boxes are large, heavy (because of ice packs) and will not fit in any mail box I have ever seen.  The flowers are perishable-very. They are harvested the day of shipment and this shop is not responsible for flowers left on porches, they are not returnable for any reason and will be shipped with signature required if requested.
