The fine mesh colors are packaged dry for use in many ways. Mix with Water Base sealer if you wish a smooth application over opaque acrylics, for fabric painting, on Christmas decorations or other craft surfaces.
Sprinkle over wet Sticky Glue for solid coverage and extra brilliance.
